CryoLife Declares a Dividend of Approximately $0.75 Per Share on Its Convertible Preferred Stock

ATLANTA, June 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY), a biomaterials and biosurgical device company, announced today that the Company declared a dividend of approximately $0.75 per share on its 6% convertible preferred stock payable on July 3, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 23, 2006.
