CryoLife Declares a Dividend of Approximately $0.75 Per Share on Its Convertible Preferred Stock
ATLANTA, Dec. 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY), a biomaterials and biosurgical device company, announced today that the Company has declared a dividend of approximately $0.75 per share on its 6% convertible preferred stock, payable on January 2, 2007, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on December 22, 2006.
