         Shareholders Reelect Current Board Members At Annual Meeting

ATLANTA, June 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CryoLife, Inc. (NYSE: CRY), a biomaterials and biosurgical device company, announced today, that the Company declared a dividend of approximately $0.87 on its 6% convertible preferred stock payable on July 1, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 20, 2005. At the Company's Annual Meeting, shareholders reelected the eight current members of the Board of Directors.
